Following message sent at request of
War Office begins Otto Stutz a Swiss subject
employed by the Orient Tobacco Manufacture Company will arrive from l'arseilles by S.5.*Sardinia" on or about November 5th. He has two passports one French and the other Swiss. His actions since war have given rise to suspicion: ships authorities have letter from police at Marseilles to Hong Kong Landing police recommending he should be examined closely.
